As an admin, I'd like get notifications via webhook in discord when a user has reached their quota

This would allow me to use my discord bot to listen for those messages and automatically DM (or mention) the user that they have reached their quota. this also allows for more granular tracking of this event within discord.

i don't think discord is supported
