Fix Prototype Pollution

I have made the necessary changes and tests to demonstrate that the prototype pollution security flaw is corrected within this library. I included some code reformatting as well as proper test assignments, documentation of changes and a one point increment in the version number with his git tag. I really appreciate your library.
