Reformat volume actions

  1. There should only be two volume triggers. One for up, and one for down.

  2. Each trigger will have checkboxes. The checkboxes can be listed as following... 1st, Music feed 2nd, Ringer feed 3rd, Notification feed 4th, UI feed

  3. Every feed can have a sub-checkbox for bluetooth, if applicable. Devices might be a sub-checkbox as well.
