PopUp action menu
A list of actions that can be launched from pressing the bound key. The user would launch the list (menu) from either an externally launched shortcut, or from a keymap. For example, I press 1 and it opens. After the menu appears, it has the desired text in the box the user can select, and it can either be interacted with by touch, or the user can launch the action from the list with another key. Say I press 1, and the list opens. The list shows A, B, and C. Before the "ABC" Is the optionally mapped key, such as 1,2,3, etc. Having the list open could optionally blacklist selected keys from working so that the list can use them for selection
