Add more flexible hold down options

I want to make a key map that turns a normal key into a toggle. I want to press a key and it starts holding down W. Then if I press the key again it stops holding down W.

This could be possible with more flexible hold down options.

Currently repeat offers: Stop repeating when... Trigger is released OR Trigger is pressed again OR Limit reached

Hold down could be similar: Stop holding down when... Trigger is released OR Trigger is pressed again OR Duration elapsed
