Floating buttons shows as not purchased if the android version is too low

Describe the bug This user has bought floating buttons on a newer device. When they switch to their older device, they see that the option to purchase is greyed out. They believe they will have to buy the feature again if they buy a new device, which is not the case.

Expected behaviour The option should instead say "Use" and be disabled.

Not sure this is the case, I simulated this case in the code and it seemed to show "use" greyed out. So maybe caused by another issue indirectly.
