Add details on Template choices

This is an attempt to clarify the choices on the Touch Layout tab when one selects "Template" and three choices are presented.

Feel free to correct my markdown syntax!

Thanks for the submission, looks good. Nothing else needs to be done! I added the Test-bot: skip trailer to the PR body because no need for user tests
