feat(developer): Display keyboard version number in Keyman Developer Server keyboard test

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I think it would be helpful to keyboard developers if the keyboard version number being tested were presented in the web testing environment. This would be reassuring to developers that they are working on the correct version of their keyboard, and help them realize if they were not -for example, if they were working in the wrong git branch and didn't realize it.

The keyboard version string can be presented after the keyboard name in the first field of the browser as seen in the mockup below:
