Need to reset password, but not receiving SMS/E-mail

I need help; I've already tried via email, but no one is responding. I need to reset my account, but I'm not receiving the SMS/EMAIL to change the password. Please help me!

This issue is somewhat old now but this seems to be still an issue at the moment. I also need an account reset!
