1504 Error code with paper keys

I am attempting to sign in with my paper keys. In both android and windows, I get the error code:

1504: STREAM_EOF in method keybase.1.login.login

I try again in windows and I get this:

Close keybase and try again and I get the same: Error code 1504: STREAM_EOF in method keybase.1.login.login

When trying to authorize Mac from mobile.

Worked after 3rd time.
