When I try to install the extension on Azure Data Studio 1.37.0 clocking on the "Install" button, I get redirected to the extension web page on the browser.

Although i'm aware that the installations instructions can be found elsewhere, the readme included as a preview makes no mention of the installation process. I think it would be helpful...
