当前使用版本：2.0.0-beta.17 开发环境：.net7 场景：服务运行过程中，上传一个包含IAsyncCommand的dll，加载dll

这个时候有什么办法在不重启服务的前提下，AddCommand？

1.6 版本支持IronPython, 2.0暂不支持。
