caps-lock don't work v.0.1.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. press caps-lock for write in UPPERCASE

What is the expected output?
i'm working with logkeys and --no-func-keys, but if a write with caps-lock ON, 
program write it always in the same size (lowercase).

If i write whit SHIFT pressed all go fine.


What version of the product are you using (`logkeys --help`)?
v.0.1.0

On what operating system?
ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.
If applicable, also attach contents of /proc/bus/input/devices, the output
of command `dumpkeys -n > dumpkeys.output`, and any
other relevant files.
