Expanding status bar doesn't work for now

Try to implement the ExpandStatusBarAction, however it doesn't work. I tried using both contexts of the app itself (armContext) and the app to mod (mContext), but both doesn't work. Well too busy to try to solve it now so I'll just let it be. Any suggestions to how to solve this issue is welcome. Note: The preference item has been intentionally removed so as to prevent users from using it.
