Well, I got it working:  Seems to be that when you specify the images there's some odd condition that checks pull secrets and yada yada...not defining the different _IMAGE...

@rcritten I can also attest to the issue `-passout` is also not something that works in RHEL 8 & 9, using `-passin` instead works. `service` as the interface to manage...
