The ABC361 didn't appear in the https://kenkoooo.com/atcoder/resources/merged-problems.json,but it appeared in another three Information APIs.
Thank you for your report. I just noticed the problem. The root cause is that my computing resources ran out of budget. I have increased the budget and restarted the machine. I will see that the problem is resolved.

That issue has come up again (and is likely to keep appearing).
My hobby project also crawls the AtCoder webpages and the script recently started to get 403 errors saying something like "blocked by CloudFront". It looks like 70% of the requests (or even more) get rejected and others pass through.
It's highly possible that AtCoder recently changed something, and AtCoder Problems' crawler has been encountering the errors which eventually make the page partially disfunctional.
The error that my script usually gets:
Request blocked.
We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
