EventUuid not supported

Hi guys, I'm currently working on a process that will subscribe to a platform event. I would like to use the EventUuid available from version 52.0 https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.232.0.platform_events.meta/platform_events/platform_events_event_uuid.htm
