Queuing building repairs prevents turn from completing
What happened:
My wife's holy site got overrun by barbarians. They trashed her shrine. When she tried to queue up a repair, the city never actually registered anything for production, and she could not move to the next turn. When she put a warrior in, the game moved to the next turn. The following turn, she repaired the shrine as the only item in the queue, and it worked. Later, it happened again, but that same set of operations did not resolve the issue.
What I expected:
I expected that selecting the shrine repair as a production item in the queue would have acted like any other production item -- get in the queue, process through, and be done.
I am willing to try to recreate the problem and save a game if desired, just ask!
PS I think this is different from #45 in that the repair order does get entered into the queue, it just doesn't process the turn.
