"/help" defaults to bulgarian language

http://localhost:3000/help routes to bulgarian translation. I'm not able to switch the english translation. This is reproducable with Firefox, German (de) browser settings. Greetings Achim

...fixes and improvements to Ado... How about reduce the Ado (core - this project) to just a tiny layer around and on top of Mojolicious? Maybe it will be better...
