add bootstrap plotting to underlying R code

I second this with a minor addition... provide the option to label branches with an asterisk that are greater than a certain bootstrap value. Often, it is messy to label all values on the tree. If I could add an "*" on branches with bs values > 80, that would be awesome. I do this now post-hoc in Inkscape.
