Install Visual C++ Redistributable x64 and the program crashes on startup

I installed Visual C++ Redistributable x64, and enabling it still crashes

Still crashes on start. I install all of requireds, I move it in NVidia graphic center to High perfomance Nvidia processor.But still have crashes
