RTL language issue

Hi, not sure if this is the place to post this bug/question. When I open a session of open office and try to write a document in RTL Hebrew it will show them mirrored and unreadable. I am attaching a screenshot. I would appreciate someone pointing me to where or whom this issue should be addressed to.
