Running download_dataset.sh gives 403 Forbidden

I am getting a 403 forbidden error when I run the download scripts. Do I need to authenticate or provide auth data somewhere first?

I got the same problem.Resolving cseweb.ucsd.edu (cseweb.ucsd.edu)... 132.239.8.30 Connecting to cseweb.ucsd.edu (cseweb.ucsd.edu)|132.239.8.30|:80... connected. HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 302 Found.... Any advice to sovle it?
