Not working with ng-transclude

I have a number of nested directives using transclude to pass the final content of the scroller in.

At the time compile runs the content due to the compile function looking for ngRepeatChild which does not yet exist, until the post link function, it throws the expected error on line 184.

Are you aware of any way around this?
