MachObfuscator Add option to choose in-place/export app modification

where is the final export path? it says 'saving... bye'!

I think it's a little confusing to replace the new one with the original app bundle, it would be better to create a new file and print the final path of the bundle. Thank You Man

I updated the README and usage-info regarding 'in-place modification'.

I will not close the issue – it will remind to add in-place/export parameter.
