Canvas Image Not display after save

1. Once you upload an image, it displays in Canvas, but after saving and reloading the page, instead of the original image, fallback images display.

2. I have noticed that when you revisit the file on Canvas the saved content data is not displayed for the Both tab but when you switch the Document or Canvas the saved content displayed screen-shot-3 :

could you please let me know what is the reason behind it?
