[PERFECTIVE] configure: optimize the use of qhelpgenerator

  • The qcollectiongenerator tool is deprecated, use qhelpgenerator instead. Also, qtchooser will deprecated in the future, some distributions such as Arch-linux have no qtchooser.
  • Some very new distributions such as gentoo have qmake5 in the PATH, but can't find qhelpgenerator in PATH, so add automatic search behavior.

Latest linux distributions such as gentoo removed qcollectiongenerator/qhelpgenerator from system PATH, and renamed qmake to qmake5, in order to distinguish between qmake5 and qmake6 when QT5 and QT6 are installed at the same time.

This PR have duplicate part of @AmeyaVS 's https://github.com/kactus2/kactus2dev/pull/60 qcollectiongenerator optimization.

Hi vowstar, I finally got to fixing the Linux build and adjusted to build using Qt6. I merged this with some changes in 8b35c66. Thanks again.
