[Feature Request] Keep user configuration files on reset

Prefixes for Extras & enabled for CommandSpy would be an example. Maybe copy the plugin folders out of the server directory and copy them back in after it's done cloning? Would be a massive quality of life feature too.

this needs to be very selective if it's implemented, we don't want to accumulate trash and huge files over time

Yeah, so it's probably only feasible for CommandSpy and similar plugins.
