[Request] Experimental Features

Kaboom has no experimental features enabled by default, i believe that should be changed for free-op anarchy, since it takes only 2 additional lines in config, making pull request would be waste of time for me.

Just append the following to the server.properties file:

initial-disabled-packs=
initial-enabled-packs=vanilla,update_1_21

and recreate the world, the update should take place.
