Cannot connect to localhost

When I call DBGRStart, it prints "cannot connect to port at localhost", so $PORT variable seems to be empty and SocketConnect() fails. Please fix it.

I use Perl 5.18.2 on MAC OS.

I tried to fix it, but still cannot connect, please help.
