Track Thickness issue

I would like the track to be fitted to the view frame it is in. However, once the track thickness is lowered, it starts becoming smaller and smaller and not fitted to the frame it is in. I have content mode set to Scale To Fill. Is it possible to keep the progress circle fitted to original frame while setting the thickness to 0.2?

The space surrounding the progress is intentional. Please look at the discussion in #59.
