Monitoring for Organizations, Tenants and Spaces

Description

We already have some nice pieces ({prometheus,loki}multi-tenant proxies and a grafana operator). The idea is to provide a getting started guide/demo to demonstrate how to setup a logging and monitoring Multi-tenant environment in Kubernetes.

It would be awesome if we can transparently integrate these pieces in the Operator. For example, create a Grafana Organization per K8Spin Organization. Deploy a pre-configured promtail + proxies once a Space is created.
