Suggestion - Add APKs to GitHub releases

I prefer to fetch app releases from GitHub rather than F-Droid; most other FOSS apps I use upload their APKs to GitHub. Is this something you could do?

Thank you for the consideration and for this amazing app; it helped me troubleshoot an issue with my email app!
