Add simple logging mechanism

At MelbJS, one person mentioned if it were possible to log in React Loads. Unfortunately, React Loads does not support this at the moment. I think it would be a nice feature to have, and would just be something simple as console.logs , which contain of the contextKey, state, and response/error data.
