Get CGMTherapyEvent processed and logged to Nightscout

Need to add logging for CGM data from the main control iq api.

Was able to get it added with minimal updates, but had to do a funky workaround with features.py. I may not quite understand the design, but since ws2 is out, may need to re-think how the features are grouped... I'll push my commits in a bit.
