Very slow

I have Mojave 10.14.6 and a Samsung A51 5G and the latest version of HoRNDIS installed via the pkg. It tethers but there is almost no data transfer (sometimes speed tests time out, sometimes it's around 0.01mbps

Is there anything I can do?
