Link qcon directory name

config.clj expects there to be a qcon dir to read from, not qcon2014. Updating notes to stop error when running (go) in jig.

The alternate is to change the git checkout to specify the output dir of "qcon" instead of creating the link, but if you had multiple qcon years, the link works better.
