Read icon mapping from a config file

Move icons to a config file as proposed in https://github.com/justbuchanan/i3scripts/issues/18. This removes the dependency for fontawesome-python. I also added icons for:

Electrum
galculator
Monero GUI wallet
Nextcloud
virt-manager
VirtualBox

I just added some more icons. I created a commit for every icon so you are able to cherry-pick. If you want them all in one commit you can pull the all-in-one branch.
