Config filtering (dimension, prefix) and snapshot version selection

Snapshot version selection or config filtering using dimensions and prefix via get config endpoint uses version and prefix in the query param, this conflicts with the already in use usage of query params for filtering the config.

Due to this conflict, the one would no longer be able to create a dimension named as version or prefix
