Upgrade everything to Scala 2.13.5

Please test this yourself before merging! 😁

I was interested in the project, but I couldn't run it because some CDN based dependencies have over the years vanished. So I've upgraded everything to work with 2.13.5 if you're interested.

All the examples compile and work just fine.

Follow on work:

  • Upgrade to Scala 3 (I think that should be pretty easy)
  • Upgrade snabbdom to a newer version
  • Upgrade NPM deps to newer versions

Nice looking project, now that it works again I'm going to go and play with it. 🙂
