Tweets authored after session expires are lost

1. Log in
2. Open a new tab and log out or in some other way expire your session
3. Author a tweet and click "Add to Circular"

Result: Tweet box is emptied and an error message appears

Expected Result: Tweet box still contains newly authored tweet and an error message appears. Ideally the tweet box would be repopulated after logging back in
