Big Endian Length Header Requirement with BCH encoding

I need to setup connectivity and communication with server based on ISO8583 version 1993-2, using SmartVista. Where a length header is also required to be passed as per the attached specifications. Is this something need to be build or is already there? IMG_1926 IMG_1927
