CPLC needs setup
Eg. lookaside, manually operated of compiled classes and tool-chain to operate it.
It is clear that freshly decompiled fragments are hard to compile. Once some crucial class is manually adapted and compiled, its both .java and .class representations should be permanently stored for possible, on demand use, of one of them or both.
@judovana since CPLC has released multiple times since the creation of this issue in May, please elaborate what parts of this issue are still relevant if any, otherwise it's a candidate for deeper discussion or closing.
