Is this plugin basically dead? The dependencies are so outdated its becoming difficult to install alongside other plugins.

@mitchellh Is this plugin basically dead? The fog dependency pinnings on this plugin are starting to conflict with being installed along other popular plugins like vagrant-libvirt.

* What problem are you trying to solve? I reported this issue multiple versions ago on the old bug report JIRA, but this issue is still present on 3.70.1-02 ....
