Update community-focused and supplemental components to align with the new ShadCN/UI design system. The goal is to improve modularity, consistency, and maintainability while adopting modern layout and interaction primitives.

Tasks

  • [ ] adapt the main page into using components and adapt to shadcn
  • [ ] adapt the community page into using components and adapt to shadcn

Supplemental Components:

  • [ ] ToolingDetailModal.tsx
  • [ ] ToolingTable.tsx

Testing & Cleanup:

  • [ ] Adjust unit and visual tests for all updated components
  • [ ] Remove legacy layout and interaction logic
