1.5.* crashes on iOS with NullReferenceException

FYI in case you're not aware. Created a vanilla Forms app and referenced the latest pre-Version of Iconize, which crashed during startup. Setting the version back to the latest stable rectified the issue.

Same issue with 1.5.0.8-beta on device, no problem on Simulator.

The 1.5.0.13-beta works on device but not display icons, only text.

This has been resolved in my tests for 2.0.0 beta. I hope to release it as stable. Can you try the beta nuget?

p.s. - There are breaking changes with this build. Everything has been simplified by making it only support Xamarin.Forms. All the modules can (and should) be installed in all projects (even the icons). The FormsPlugin project/module has been deprecated and the number of libraries required has been cut in half or in third depending.
