UWP: IconLabel not rendering icon if FontSize set dynamically

Hi, i have a same problem like in this issue (https://github.com/jsmarcus/Iconize/issues/10) but on UWP.

I found, when the FontSize is DynamicResource, then FontFamily is set for default font
