"Unblock all"

If you have more than 500 blocks, and want to unblock all of them for any reason, right now you have to do it page by page. There should be an option to unblock everyone you block.

This could be a separate button, or it could be a line that appears when you check the 'select all' box at the top of the column. Similar to GMail it would say "You've selected all on this page. Do you want to select everything for all time?"

This sounds very useful for those that have many block pages and don't want to go through tens of pages to unblock everyone.
