Unblocking many accounts at once doesn't seem to work consistently

I've been currently trying to clear my block list, going to the "My Blocks" page and trying to do this seems to work sporadically, for example, unblocking a page of accounts then going to the actions page will show that Blocktogether considers the accounts unblocked but checking back with "My Blocks" shows that they have not been unblocked. Using something like unblock.io I can run it and then refresh the "My Blocks" page and see that accounts are indeed being unblocked. It seems to be an issue that unblock actions are showing done when they have not been done at all.

@vehmently looks like they shut down or something, considering this bug is almost 2 years old things like that are expected. I kind of wish someone had addressed this bug sooner but it seems it's just going to sit here and rot.
