ETIMEDOUT errors and service unavailable

This isn't a code issue as BlockTogether was working this morning and there's been no commits recently, but submitting here just in case it gets more attention than the email list. Attempts to 'log in' to BlockTogether are failing (see this snappy video of the problem), and attempts to load shared blocklists give an ETIMEDOUT error in the body
